YOLO Card: YOLO Card is the universal gift card offered by YOLO Cards. This gift card can be redeemed for all gift cards, products and experiences available on yolo.cards. The gift card is valid for 100 years.
All other gift cards: YOLO Card enables the sale of gift cards for multiple brands, products and experiences. Gift cards are sold via YOLO Cards for brands and products such as IKEA, Imerco, Zalando, etc. You therefore purchase the gift card through YOLO Cards, but it can only be redeemed at the partner. The gift cards are valid for 1 year.
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of return on all gift card purchases online. If you wish to return your gift card under the right of withdrawal, this must be done through YOLO Cards.
Order
You can order items from YOLO Cards in the following ways:
- Online
- By email (for business customers only)
Once you have entered into an agreement with us, we will store your order information. You can see your order information on the screen and in the order confirmation sent to your email address. It is not possible to access the order confirmation subsequently via our website.
If you would like a new copy of the order confirmation, please send an email to hello@yolo.cards .
Payment
All communication is encrypted and certified. If in doubt, check the list of certified stores. You can pay with the following payment methods on yolo.cards: VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When you pay with a payment card, you are always protected against misuse. In the event of misuse, you have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment summary. YOLO Cards uses an approved payment service that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Delivery
All gift cards are digital and sent via email within 24 hours.
When you redeem a YOLO Card, delivery of your new gift card will occur within 24 hours of ordering.
Please contact customer service as soon as possible if your gift card has not been received as expected via email.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on the purchase of a gift card. The right of withdrawal starts from the day you receive the gift card. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days and inform us of your decision. We will then cancel your purchase and any reservations on your payment card will be released.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.
Complaints and Support
If you experience problems redeeming your gift card, please contact YOLO Card customer service.
Complaints guide for customers
- If you wish to submit a specific complaint, you can do so by sending an email to hello@yolo.cards with "Complaint" in the subject line. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your complaint within 3 business days.
- To ensure effective communication, please provide your email address.
- Our Security Officer will then obtain the necessary information about the case and assess your complaint in collaboration with relevant persons. We will strive to get back to you as soon as possible, and if there are any delays, we will keep you informed of the status.
- Our Security Officer will send you a written response with the assessment of your complaint to the email you provided.
- If you are not satisfied with the decision, the matter can be escalated to a relevant authority.
Cookies and Privacy Policy
We collect your personal information for the purpose of delivering your ordered goods to you. The personal information is registered with YOLO Cards and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. When we collect personal information via our website, we always ensure that it is done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
We use cookies on our website. A cookie is a small text file that records and stores your behavior on the site and identifies you as a user.

Limitation of liability
YOLO Cards cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to force majeure, including natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics or other events beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel an order in such cases.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
YOLO Cards reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be effective from the time they are published on the website. The Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your order will be the terms and conditions that apply to your order.
